As soon we receive the order from our customer, we start making the clothes.

Why is this not readymade?

Because they are unique pieces made to fit your size and style. Nobody size is same as the global standard size guide. You will measure your size and customize it as you want and let us know what you exactly want. Only designs are already specified on the our website. We will make those designs to fit your body perfectly.

The articles are not previously tried on by anybody. They are complete untouched pieces from our designer hands to your home. In short, not used. 

As we are making it in very less of a time usually in a day or two. It will be soon shipped and takes 3-4 days all over India depending on the location. Our trusted delivery partners take less than a week to reach you.

So, if you would like to have your desired item soon, Place your order well in advance of the day you plan to wear it.

The shipping charges of all the orders are on us that means free delivery. Delivery partners will not ask for any charges from you as they are already paid. If a delivery partner ask for any amount, kindly decline and raise an issue through customer service. 

Clothes will be securely packed with quality pacakaging. No rain, sunlight, or a cyclone can open it unless it is you.

We always recommend that you make a video while you open the packet for future return and exchange purposes. It will come in handy for both of us to make quality and quantity intact.  

After your order is shipped, we will provide you with a reference number of the respective delivery partner. You can track your order on the link provided though mail or message.

We ensure high quality fabric and damage free clothes from our end while we are designing and stitching them. Still, orders can be returned if you found the order damaged or distorted. You only have to take a video while opening the packed order as soon as it is delivered to you and take pictures of the exact damage. Share the pictures and video with our customer service.

If you wish an alteration in the design and style, just put it under exchange category, we will pick it up, customize and tailor it accordingly and send it to you again.

If you wish a different design, well as all our orders are one of a kind piece, return the product completely with a full refund and order a new one. 

After placing an order, you may cancel the order within first 6 hours of purchase as we start making the article after 6 hours of receiving it. If after placing an order you have second thoughts about the design or colors or the style itself, you can always cancel your order within the time period - for this to happen, do not share your size and style needs with us for first 6 hrs if you have second thoughts

We will only prepare your article after your confirmation of size and measurements. 

Each of the article have its own unique brand size. You can find an elaborative chart at the end of the display pictures for each product on the same page. Please select the appx. size before you place an order.

After placing the order, confirm your customized sizes to our customer service through chat or call. Your unique measurements will be incorporated into the dress during stitching

All alteration services are on us, free of charge. Your customization demands are our priority. Please provide your size and unique measurements for the desired item immediately after placing your order, so we can begin preparing it. 

The fear of losing your order or a damaged product want you to choose a cash on delivery method. With us, you never have to worry about losing your order. Rest assured, you will receive it. Even in unforeseen circumstances, if you don't receive your package, you will surely receive our help. We are committed to helping you, ensuring your order reaches your doorstep. 

All payments methods like debit card, credit card, net banking, UPIs are acceptable. We have a secured payment gateway. Our online transactions are secured and trusted. 

We do not store your personal credit/debit card, net banking or UPI details.

You shall receive an order confirmation message and mail after you place an order. Regular updates about your order and delivery will be send to you via message and mail.

If you wish to change your order, please first cancel your previously placed order within 6 hours of placing the order and then place a brand new one. Your previously paid amount will be refunded. You will have to pay fresh for your new item. 

Orders might be late due to unforeseen circumstances. Nevertheless, your order should reach you around the expected delivery date. Call our customer service to know more about your order delivery.

Order as much as you want, place all the articles together in the shopping cart and you will receive them together.   

If your order is not delivered even when the tracking status is showing 'Delivered', call our customer service, we will sort it out as soon as possible.
