• Due to the artisanal and designer nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, design, or pattern may occur, which contribute to the individuality of each product. These variations are not considered defects but rather an enhancement of the product's uniqueness.

• The name Sahaswara, along with all associated logos, trademarks, brand identifiers, product names, and designs, are the exclusive property of Sahaswara and are protected under Indian trademark laws and other intellectual property regulations.

• You are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing any of Sahaswara's trademarks, logos, or company or domain names, or intellectual property without explicit written permission from Sahaswara.

• You are also prohibited from use or distribution of any promotional content without prior authorization.

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change periodically without prior notice. 

• Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be added or adjusted at checkout.

• Orders placed with incorrect pricing may be canceled, and payments refunded if applicable.

• We accept payments through credit/debit cards, UPI, and other secure online payment methods. Complete payment of the purchased product is required at the time of  placing an order.

• Shipping costs is free of charges all over India. Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method selected.

• We will process and dispatch orders within 3 business days after receiving your order, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• After your order has been shipped, delivery takes approximately 2-7 working days.

• While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays by external carriers or customs procedures.

• Sahaswara is not responsible for any shipping delays or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers once the product has been dispatched.

• Sahaswara is also not responsible for risk of loss upon shipment including in case of Force Majeure or natural disaster. ​

• In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions for a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

• All returns or exchanges are subject to review, and Sahaswara reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request that does not meet our criteria.

• If through force Majeure the fulfilment by either party of any obligation set forth in this Agreement will be delayed, the period of such delay will not be counted on in computing periods prescribed by this Agreement.

• Force Majeure will include any war, civil commotion, strike, governmental action, lockout, accident, epidemic or any other event of any nature or kind whatsoever beyond the control of Sahaswara Clothing that directly or indirectly hinders or prevents it from commencing or proceeding with consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby. You expressly agree that lack of funds shall not in any event constitute or be considered an event of Force Majeure

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.

• In case of any disputes, the matter shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue of arbitration will be Uttar Pradesh, India.

• Any grievances you have by way of use of the website can be addressed to customer service by way of email, call or chat.

• We shall thereafter consider the same and provide a response or solution within one month of the date of such complaint/grievance.
