Shipping Time 

All ours clothes are made as we receive the order. Why? Because they are unique pieces made to your size and style. You will customize them and let us know what you exactly want though designs are already specified. The articles are not previously tried on by anybody. It is a complete untouches piece from our designer hands to your home. In short, not used. 

As we are making it in very less of a time usually in a day or two. It will be soon shipped and takes 3-4 days all over India depending on the location. Our trusted delivery partners take less than a week to reach you.

Shipping Quality

Clothes will be securely packed with quality pacakaging. No rain, sunlight, or a cyclone can open it unless it is you. We always recommend that you make a video while you open the packet for future return and exchange purposes. It will come in handy for both of us to make quality and quantity intact.  

Cancelling Orders

You can cancel order within first 6 hours of purchase as we start making the article after 6 hours of receiving an order. If after placing an order you have second thoughts about the design or colors or the style itself, you can always cancel your order within the time period. After placing an order, do not tell us your size and style desires and we will not preparing your article. 

Refund Status

Once you cancel an order before 6 hours, you will get a full refund, initiated within 24-48 hours. If it is taking more time reflecting in your bank account, there may be a possible delay from the bank. You can always reach to our customer service if you face any unexpected delay.

Change Orders

If you wish to change your order, please first cancel your previously placed order and then place a new one. Your previously paid amount will be refunded. You will have to pay fresh for your new item. 

Adding Articles

Order as much as you want, place all the articles together and you will receive them together.   

Delayed/Late Orders

Orders might be late due to unforeseen circumstances but can never be late more than 7 working days. Call our customer service to know more.

Undelivered Orders

If your order is not delivered even when the tracking status is showing 'Delivered', call our customer service, we will sort it out as soon as possible.

Out of Stock Articles

Once an item is out of stock, it will most likely will not come back soon. Why?

Because we make only of a kind article with its unique design and style. We don't want you to risk embarrassing yourself by encountering someone else wearing the same exact item. Our goal is for you to wear something unique, made just for you. Additionally, while others might try to copy the piece, we can't guarantee the authenticity of counterfeit versions.

Return and Exchange Policy

Orders can be returned if you found the order damaged or distorted. You only have to take a video while opening the packed order and take pictures of the exact damage. If you wish an alteration in the design and style, just put it under exchange category, we will pick it up, customize and tailor it accordingly and tend it to you again. 

If you wish a different design, well as all our orders are one of a kind piece, return the product completely and order a new one. 

Sign up and User profile

Create your account and sign up to get started. Once you are registered, update your user profile with your preferences and information. Log in anytime to view your order history, manage your saved addresses, and update payment methods. You have the flexibility to edit any details whenever needed. Rest assured, all your personal information is securely stored and kept confidential.

Tracking Orders

After your order is shipped, we will provide you with a reference number of the respective delivery partner. You can track your order on the link provided. 

Order Confirmation

You shall receive an order confirmation message and mail after you place an order. Regular updates about your order and delivery will be tend to you via message and mail.

Shipping Charges

The shipping charges of all the orders are on us that means free of cost. Delivery partners will not ask for any charges from you as they are already paid. If a delivery partner ask for any amount, kindly decline and raise an issue through customer service. 

Payment Methods

All payments methods like debit card, credit card, net banking, UPIs are acceptable. We have a secured payment gateways. Our online transactions are secured and trusted. 

Cash on Delivery

The fear of losing your order or a damaged product requires a cash on delivery method. With us, you never have to worry about losing your order. Rest assured, you will receive it. Even in unforeseen circumstances, if you don't receive your package, you will surely receive our help. We are committed to helping you, whether it's through a refund or ensuring your order reaches your doorstep. 

Alternation Service

All alteration services are on us, free of charge. Your customization demands aee our priority. Please let us know your size for desired article immediately after you place an order so, we can start preparing it. 

Brand Sizing and Fitting

Each of the article have its own unique brand size. You can find an elaborative chart at the end of the display pictures for each product . Please select before you place an order.

 

If you do not fall under any of the sizes,  specify your size under the 'Who would you like the length and waist' box.
