Orders can be returned if you found the order damaged or distorted. You only have to take a video while opening the packed order and take pictures of the exact damage. If you wish an alteration in the design and style, just put it under exchange category, we will pick it up, customize and tailor it accordingly and tend it to you again. 

If you wish a different design, well as all our orders are one of a kind piece, return the product completely and order a new one
